Mi chiamo Marie e sto andando allo spazio Oberdan: è l’ultima sera in cui proiettano i miei cortometraggi in una sezione speciale di Filmaker. Giro video sperimentali: sono l'autrice del documentario The ballad of Genesis and lady Jaye, e di un video-ritratto di Alan Vega, l’artista dei Suicide, da poco scomparso. Vengo da New York, anche se da un anno vivo a Parigi. E sì, penso che ci siano troppe foto in giro.

My name is Marie and I'm going to Oberdan Space Center: this is the last night that my short films are played in a special section of Filmmakers. I shoot experimental videos: I am the author of the documentary "The ballad of Genesis and Lady Jaye", and of a video-portrait of Alan Vega, front man of the music group Suicide, who died recently. I come from New York, even though I lived last year in Paris. And yes, I think there are too many photographs around.

Mi chiamo Claire, ho fatto shopping in corso Buenos Aires e adesso sto andando a casa mia in porta Romana. Vengo da Parigi, sono in Italia da un anno e lavoro per una società di web marketing. Sono appena tornato dalla Thailandia: due settimane di vacanza tra Bangkok e Kao Lak. Mi piacerebbe vivere in Italia, anche se di Parigi mi manca la multiculturalità, che qui non c’è ancora.

I’m Claire, I went shopping in corso Buenos Aires, now I’m going home in porta Romana. I'm from Paris and I live in Italy for one year, I work for a web marketing company. I have just returned from Thailand where I spent two weeks between Bangkok and Kao Lak. I would like to live in Italy, even if I miss the Paris multiculturalism.

Matihilde e Valentin

Mi chiamo Matihilde e lui è Valentin, abbiamo entrambi 22 anni e siamo fidanzati da sei. Siamo originari di Reims, nella regione Champagne della Francia ma viviamo in due città diverse perché studiamo cose diverse: io studio ostetricia a Reims, Valentin studia ingegneria a Strasburgo. Siamo in Italia in vacanza, arrivati oggi alle 11, in un’appartamento in porta Venezia trovato con Airbnb. Siamo curiosi di vedere l’Italia perché non ci siamo mai stati. Ora stiamo andando in piazza Duomo.
